Who is liable when my builder did some minor damage to my neighbour's car?

My builder (A friend) was using a grinder, and some sparks went onto my neighbour's bonnet and has caused a couple of sort of holes in the paint work. Small, but will probably cause problems if not sorted. The neighbour is also a friend and the builder has just gone on his own. It's very difficult as I don't want any bad feeling and I offered to pay, but my neighbour said no I'll pay. As I said I don't want any bad feeling and wanted to know who would be liable as I employed the builder to do the job.

Why won't my baby goat eat?

My dad has a farm with goats. One goat in particular gave birth and died. My dad has been bottle feeding the baby goat. She will not take the bottle, but she does pee and poop. Her poop is not firm, but at least she is having activity in that area. My cat has been leaving white stuff behind?

I have a male applehead siamese cat and lately when he lays down somewhere, we find white stuff where he was laying. It's not like dandruff, it's more like a liquid I think. I know that feeling. I was like that for two years before I could gain some sort of control over it. Doing self research as I'm not to keen on drugs (an anxiety that I haven't gotten over) I eventually decided to take a combination of vitamin D, choline, and omega 3. Within a week my anxiety symptoms all but disappeared with very few recurrences. I avoid caffeine at all costs as that seems to trigger it. I'd advise you to consult a doctor but be firm on your decision to do this, if you choose to. Doctors aren't nutritionists and have very little if any training outside of studying the effects of drugs and what the best situation to use them is.

First off.. I am very proud of my mother for giving up her life to take care of my 43 year old severely retarded (disabled) brother. She has kept him since birth, and she is now 65. My brother can feed himself...and that's about it. She bathes him, cooks his food, and does his laundry. He does not use the bathroom ... he goes in his pants and in his bed.. all of which have to be cleaned multiple times per day. JOB POSITION CHANGE Pay Increasement?

I have been working for a Steel Fabrication Company for little over a year now. When I was Hired I was intended to be only a Grinder. With an Opportunity for advancement to the back where this is called the Cut Shop part of the Shop. Soon After 3 months after being there they moved me to the back. I have been in the back know every machine and run every machine periodically. I can Press Metal " Bend", Run Angle Matic, Run Coaper or Pedimat Machine, Run Pedimat Saw and Drill line, FPB Plasma Table and Burn Table or Water table. All without any assistance. I have knowledge of someone who has been there for 10 years and I have only been with them for a year. I also Know how to bend pipe for rails and build rails, tack weld, and grind. I was hired making $7.50 an hour minimum wage in my state. I am still making the same amount even after a year and a placement change of my position at my current employer. Is it against the law or something to be paying me the same amount for some of these other duties or positions that I am faced with? Should I expect a raise for the position change? Please help! Has anyone had experience with veneers if you grind your teeth?

My dentist agreed to give me veneers after warning me that I will probably break them after a couple of years because I grind my teeth at night, even if I wear a guard at night. What does fresh blood in stool look like?

I know from the title this sounds like a silly question. But I have seen parts of my stool (solid stool, not diarhea) look red. Not the whole thing, not in one particular place, and I didn't see a pattern. The red portion wasn't any more liquid or solid than the rest of the stool. The water didn't change color to red. I bought a 69 Firebird to fix up. I am trying to decide if it is worth it or not to purchase a welder and do the work myself or just pay to have it done for me. Minecraft Mob Generator?

I have a drop tower mob grinder for my MineCraft survival mode. and basically what that is, is a tall enough room that if you drop down it will kill you on impact. at the top of the room is a pitch black room with a hole in the middle and four water streams leading to the hole. since mobs like creepers and spiders spawn in the dark, they will spawn up there and eventually wonder into the stream and take them into the hole so they will fall to their death so i can collect their droppings. i got it working fine and i have no problems. i was wondering if the same would work just the same for mobs like pigs and sheep. like instead of a dark room, i could make it the brightest room ever. don't monsters spawn in the light? and when they drop do they leave droppings or can you only get them when you kill them with a sword? thanks :)

Dogs nail is curling, how can i cut it?

i have a chihuahua, he is fairly small but not too small, i never worried about his nails as they naturally grind down with the walking. recently i saw that his "doggy thumb", the small nail beside the paw is beginning to curl, its already done a 360 spiral and its starting to spiral a bit more. i recently cut his other nails and ive been trying to cut that nail because i dont want it to hurt him but he cries everytime as soon as i place the dog clippers on the nail. i apply a bit of pressure and he starts crying and its worrying me because i dont want to break his small paw on accidient and i dont want to have to take him to the vet over something so small. his grandpa has a nail grinder but im not sure if ittll work on him because its already curled and i dont want to hurt him. so what can i do? just deal with his screaming and clip it away and get bitten or just take him to petco or the vet?, i also want to know if the grinder might work because going 40 miles just to clip his nails is a bit costly. help please. also do you have any tips on how to clip the small nail without it being painful. thanks!

How to change Windows Media Player skin back to original?

I recently made the dumb mistake of changing my Windows Media Player skin. I though it would be interesting to see how my media player would look with a different skin. I went to the microsoft website and chose the skin called color chooser. I thought when I download a skin I would have the option of switching back and forth to whichever one I want. With the skin I downloaded I cannot even choose the music I want to listen to, cannot go into my library, only have the play, pause, stop and forward backward buttons. What can I do to get the original player back? I looked all over the microsoft website but nowhere did it tell me how I can solve this problem or uninstall this particular skin? wow - bummer! a fan in the fireplace would take the smell up to the second floor and wouldn't solve your problem. however, if the fireplaces are not being used as such you might consider a flex tube dropped down from the roof. maybe an eight inch diameter tube with a fan in your area. that would exclude the second floor fireplace opening. you would have to pass the tube through the flue behind the firewall on the second floor. with the fan on this would create a laminar flow in your area up the tube and out the chimney. if the fireplace idea doesn't work you could put the tube out the window.

I have found swarms of thousands of dead sand ants in front of my stoop for the past 5 days, what is going on?

They are all squirming and almost dying and everyday i sweep them up only to find another swarm of sand ants dying on my stoop the next morning. there are no ants crawling around during the day but the next morning, they are thousands of these dead ants on the verge of dying on my stoop. its been 5 consecutive days of this now and terminix came today but counldnt even tell me why this is happening. How to get rid of my distended abdomen?

Before I start, im not really that fat. My face, bum and arms and legs and chest are all just normal-verging on slim. However my belly sticks out more than most people's do. It looks odd to have a belly sticking out when I'm so slim. I do not have much fat under my skin there, its just that my visceria (ie my interal organs) inside my belly do not seem to be getting held tightly in place. I am consious that my belly distends and often hold my belly inwards. Before I gave up smoking I had a flat stomach, but when I gave up a year and a half ago I put on weight. I have lost the fat I put on, but I'm left with a belly what sticks out. I even heard someone say pregnant man to their friend and it upset me a bit. I eat at least 5 fruit and vege a day, plenty of protein and I am otherwise very fit and healthy. What can I do about my tummy?

I'm a 16 year old girl. I live a happy life, but my family has a history of severe panic and anxiety/depression problems. I'm also struggling with bulimia. My chest hurt a little bit and also my arms and legs began to hurt especially in my joints. I wake up extremely early as well. I went to the doctor because I thought I was having a heart attack. She said I was fine and that it was anxiety related. It's been 3 days and I feel the same. I still feel like I'm going to die. I spend all of my time feeling paranoid and like my life is going to end any moment. I think everything I do is going to be the last thing I do. I worry constantly about the people I care about too. If someone doesn't answer their phone I lose it and think they're dead or have been in a horrible accident. I can't stand to walk alone anymore either. I feel like someone is going to jump out and rape me or kill me. I have also developed an intense fear of my bedroom and can't sleep in it. A police car pulls over and two men step out of the car. this is were i **** my pants. but the dick police guy ask to search the non marijuana carrier kids book bag. the kid ask what was his probable cause and the police said because he was acting nervous and because he had a bookbag. so the police pulls him over to the car and from were he was, we couldnt see him. well turns out he had a bamboo bong that was slightly used and a grinder slightly used. while the miget cop asked the 3 of us our information. they did search my bookbag but i had nothing in it, everything was in my pocket. well they called the searched bookbag kid's parents. and when they got there they took him home and he didnt get charged with anything. The dick cop came to us and asked us if we had any marijuana, and the dumb stoner of the group gave him a joint. the other kid game him a bowl and a 1g bag. and i gave him a packed bowl. The three of us were mad eto put our hands on the car and they emptied our pockets onto the car and they did the full search, the crouch grab and all, and they wernt nice at all except the new cop guy. we got taken down town and were charged to take substence testing and to serve this diversion thing. when i told my dad all this he thought it wasnt a good probable cause and he thinks the cop was taking advantage of us being kids. and while we were put in these small enclosed alarmed juvi rooms the cops were outside the room joking and laughing making jokes. my dad also thinks that the kid that was let go was only let go becuase the cops were afraid to be sued because of their bad probable cause reason, even though he had a used bong and grinder. and my dad is not stupid he is a 49 yr old hippie, he knows his stuff. my question is, do any of u think this is a good probable cause and what should I do.

I have always been so shy! I don't really know why, but when I'm alone or meeting particular people who intimidate me (probably about half of people) I get scared and don't know what to say. What's wrong with me?

To make a long story short, I am a 42 year old virgin that has attempted time and time again to have a girlfriend. I would eventually like to marry. Everytime I start to "date" someone, it always end in failure for me. It took me a lifetime to figure things out. When I was growing up, I was very different and conditioned to believe that I was "nothing." This continued into my adult life whereby I always feel inept and generally inferior to everyone else. My low self esteem always got the best of me. Through my childhool all the way to high school, I was always made to feel like **** all the time. In college, this continued but only subtly toward me. The first girl I dated ended up making a fool of me. What she did too me made "careful" about others I would date. I never felt confortable and would always feel second rate. After college, I occasionally date someone every few years which would always end up the same way. About a year and a half ago, I started going out with this woman. Again, I could never bring myself into telling her how I feel. There are times that I feel that even our platonic friendship is endangered. I am on the verge of letting her go to find someone else. a year and a few months ago i had a weird sensation and i panicked. what i remember was that i started thinking why us humans fix ourselves if we cant see ourselves and from that day on ive been living like this.For like 5 or 6 years i would suffer from horrible panic attacks maybe 3 times a day and anxiety. i would fear death i used to think i was always sick and dying. whenever i went out i would panic , id feel like im sufficating and get panic attacks however whenever i felt safe i would be so happy and back to normal. like 3 years ago i had a thought that was that i didnt recognize my family, as if i didnt know who they were. that sensation lasted a few months and quickly went away.2 years ago the same thing happened however this time the thought was that my heart was beating too rapidly and going out of control.i stayed with this panicky thaught for almost a year. all those years i felt haunted , i ddnt like leaving my house without knwing there was a hospital near by or a way out . mental illness is not common in the family however my aunt and cousin both suffer from sever stress and my grandma for alzheimers.howver a year and a bit ago this new thought happend but this time it keeps on worstening.at first i would just question life , like whats the point in doing things , why are we here , why cant we see ourselves and all we do i see were like machines trapped inside boxes like our soulds are one thing and our bodys another.then it progressed , id have more wierd thoughts that would lead to panic attacks. but these panic attacks were different , i wouldnt feel suffoctation or dizziness instead id feel as if i was loosing my mind , like i was being detached like my soul had to get out of my body .suddenly everyday i feel as if im watching my life through someone elses point of view , i dont enjoy the things i used to do before i feel as if im not real my lifes not real and sometimes when i see myself in the mirror i dont recognize myself even though i am aware that thats me . i dont like leaving my house though i really want to , i wanna socialize and be a normal teenage girl.my symptoms worsten when im bored , stresses or getting my period . when im distracted 100 % i feel normal , im not scared and i go out i forget my thoughts , sometimes this lasts for a whole month maybe 2 .but eventhought i feel normal im just 80 % normal because i still feel unreal or like a machine trapped in a box .i still feel empty as if im not living my life . im just 16 years old i wanna be able to live my life normally but now im questioning wether i will . sometimes my attacks get so bad that i feel like KILLING MYSELF , or just want to sleep and begin to cry. please help me , guide me and tell me what to do what this is , is it curable , am i going insane ?1 please help me

There are two colleges in particular i am considering; both of which have something I really want--Hamilton college in Clinton, NY has a huge expanse of courses in my desired major which all sound incredibly interesting; however, Hamilton is really secluded--hours from the city. Thoroughbred schooling horse for advanced riders acts like jerk even in the indoor what do I do?

My instructor told me how wonderful he is but I don't think anyone rides him or has ridden him professionally in quite some time. My instructor wants him in a martingale. He's not young and Im sure he's had one on before. He won't go into the bit pressure and goes around like a prancing deer about to explode any second. My instructor tells me my hands should be in front of the saddle but I don't want to ride him with short reins since he's not listening. I've been on him twice and can get him to trot up with nice big strides and relaxed, its only when I start to shorten the reins that he goes stiff and looks for things to spook at. I've cantered him and it went amazingly well but he really hates it when I do a half halt and shakes his head. I think its because I do small half halts with just my fingers really quick and to him it felt like a jerk instead of a steady give and take. He's a tooth grinder. I've never ridden a horse that grinds the bit before. My instructor said he does it way more with the inexperienced riders and she was impressed that he hardly did it at all with me (probably because I had so little contact on the reins and like to ride with my hands low and close to my body). I have been working for a Steel Fabrication Company for little over a year now. When I was Hired I was intended to be only a Grinder. With an Opportunity for advancement to the back where this is called the Cut Shop part of the Shop. Soon After 3 months after being there they moved me to the back. I have been in the back know every machine and run every machine periodically. I can Press Metal " Bend", Run Angle Matic, Run Coaper or Pedimat Machine, Run Pedimat Saw and Drill line, FPB Plasma Table and Burn Table or Water table. All without any assistance. I have knowledge of someone who has been there for 10 years and I have only been with them for a year. I also Know how to bend pipe for rails and build rails, tack weld, and grind. I was hired making $7.50 an hour minimum wage in my state. I am still making the same amount even after a year and a placement change of my position at my current employer. Is it against the law or something to be paying me the same amount for some of these other duties or positions that I am faced with? Should I expect a raise for the position change? Please help! You should go to your doctor and let them know. Some meds work well for some and not for others. Xanax (Alprazolam) is more social phobia/anxiety relief oriented (your agoraphobia), this could help relieve your symptoms and calm you down, it is considered one of the 'stronger' (at the same time more risky) medications. I know exactly how you feel. You've got to take it a step at a time. I've improved since being on meds, but it won't do all the work. Find something that makes you happy to turn to when you find yourself in those low moods, anything at all. You may need counselling too. Hope it gets better.

Making iron oxide fast?

I have looked up many ways to make iron oxide but they take several days to a week. i also found that when using a ball mill that the metal will start to oxidize if it becomes too fine. so if i wanted iron oxide then theoretically i could get a piece of iron and use a grinder on it and put all the particles in a jar with vinegar, water and a little salt and it would produce rust much faster due to the increase of exposed surface area. My friend is a horrible singer but thinks she's good at it?

A "friend" of mine, who is completely immature and I can only deal with her in a happy, generous mood, thinks she is the sh*t at singing. However; she is the WORST singer I've ever heard, even with singing lessons. No-one EVER tells her how bad she is, but it's all they'll talk about. The thing is, my family does NOT get on well with her family, and she is so sensitive that if someone insults her favorite grass blade she'll burst into tears and scream about how horrible you are. She does not associate really with anyone over the age of 5, and no-one knows how to deal with her. But you have to feel kinda bad for her pathetic-ness I suppose, and I really want to spare her the pain of still trying out for our local "Idol" competition and singing in the streets (That hurts EVERYONE) and constantly being rejected from competitions (Yes. Even after all of that, she still thinks she's wonderful). Is there ANY way that I can get her to know how BAD of a singer she is?! I don't know HOW her parents let her try out for things.... It's gotten so bad I'm on the verge of paying someone to come up to her and tell her how bad she is. That may sound harsh, but she's living in a deluded fantasy land and she needs to GROW UP because when she hits the real world, she's going to be in for a shock. I'm hoping that knowing she SUCKS at it, will motivate her to try other things, and maybe develop a bit of a personality and maybe make a friend who ISN'T four? Even if it doesn't, I'll just be happy if she stops because she's just hurting herself and any unfourtunate persons ears.. And I'm not sure that if ONE person telling her will be enough, as she'll fall apart into pieces and to get her to stop sobbing hysterically sitting in the street waiting for a car to come and "end her horrible life" while hopelessly waiting for people to notice the "designer" jeans that are 4 sizes too small in an effort to make her look "skinnier" even though that is NOT how it works while dropping HUGE hints for you to notice them until all you can do is tell her not to listen to the "haters" so she'll just SHUT UP and go away. Siezed Wheel bearing on 1971 mustang?

The wheel bearing went out while i was in town and i had to drive it about 1-2 miles so i could park it in a safe spot so i could find a trailer and bring it home. Once i got it home i pulled the wheel and drum off and the wheel bearing was seized to the spindle so i took my grinder and grind each side of the wheel bearing and took a chisel and pop it off, so it wasn't welded to it but when i was looking at the spindle i could see that it grind some on the spindle and if i remember it wasn't smooth either, the drum isn't usable any more but is the spindle still good?

Lately I've been feeling overwhelmed. I'm not sure if it's because of work, or friends, or family, or even a combination of all 3. I constantly feel like I'm having a panic attack, or I'm on the verge of tears, or I'm going to snap at something. My family seems like they're always angry at me, and there's a huge lack of communication between any of us. Even as I'm writing this it feels hard to breathe. I seem to have lost almost all of my self confidence, and can't even seem to make eye contact with people easily anymore, and when I even try to do something as easy as make small talk with them, it feels like there's something grabbing my throat and stopping anything from coming out.
