I have flaxseeds, can I ground them myself for an egg replacer?

Yes, I've used a coffee grinder for flaxseeds, worked fine. Made a heck of a mess though, so be sure to clean out the grinding burr thoroughly afterwards, otherwise you'll have ground flax showing up in your coffee for the next two months lol.
