Is it legal to have a volcano burial?

I don't want to be eaten by worms and I don't like the idea of the bone grinder, so is it legal to have my body thrown into an active volcano if I die? Because there's no mess involved and no chance of coming back as a vampire or zombie which is just added intensive.
