Could I be close to my braces removal?

My ortho will NOT give me a set rate. Everyone I asked it's changed. Anyways, last time I went in was about 7 weeks ago and the put in a thicker wire than I've had the entire time wif my metal mouth. The also grinder something between my teeth to make space for one of my teeth. It's crooked but theres no room for it, so they did that to make some. So with this thick wire, and pretty much only one tooth to correct, how much longer does it seem like it should take til my removal to you guys?
