How to kick cockroaches out from refrigerator?

Hey its a big problem for us! cockroaches n their nymphs are roaming in our house(Night time).Especially in kitchen n in refrigerator! HIT pest kill was used in kitchen n other place! where as we cannot spay them in refrigerator..I even cleaned the entire fridge recently..But saw them the next day! Now they started living in Grinder jar. how to solve this problem?? plz help me...!
