First Offense Charges: Marijuana Possession?

Get your lawyer to look up the definition of the word "drug" in blacks law dictionary 2nd edition, then go to Universal Commercial Code, 1-104, its about implicit repeal....when there are drastic disparity's in definitions the first one rules over the others...That's my take on it...Sorry don't know about communal discharge, sounds like a disease symptom
