Who is liable when my builder did some minor damage to my neighbour's car?

My builder (A friend) was using a grinder, and some sparks went onto my neighbour's bonnet and has caused a couple of sort of holes in the paint work. Small, but will probably cause problems if not sorted. The neighbour is also a friend and the builder has just gone on his own. It's very difficult as I don't want any bad feeling and I offered to pay, but my neighbour said no I'll pay. As I said I don't want any bad feeling and wanted to know who would be liable as I employed the builder to do the job.

Why won't my baby goat eat?

My dad has a farm with goats. One goat in particular gave birth and died. My dad has been bottle feeding the baby goat. We noticed the other day that the goats head just flops all over the place and she is so weak that she can hardly stand up. She wasn't like this in the beginning. I can't get her to eat at all. I've been feeding her with a syringe and I read that this can cause fluid in their lungs. The vet says that she was really dehydrated and things don't look well for her. She seems a little better today than yesterday but she still does not want to eat. I give her a little water and then a little milk using the syringe but she does not want to eat. She will not take the bottle, but she does pee and poop. Her poop is not firm, but at least she is having activity in that area. Her baaa, is stronger today than yesterday but I'm really still concerned. What can I do to get her back to the bottle feeding?

I love Starbucks coffee, and lattes and I really want to start drinking coffee, I am allowed too I just don't know the right kind to get. I want it too be tasty, not bland. I have a coffee maker and a Coffee/Bean Grinder. What do you suggest I get?

My cat has been leaving white stuff behind?

I have a male applehead siamese cat and lately when he lays down somewhere, we find white stuff where he was laying. It's not like dandruff, it's more like a liquid I think. But everytime we see it, it looks just like a dried out liquid instead of flakey like dandruff. And it's not like it came from his whole body, just one particular spot. I haven't noticed anything different about my cats appearance or behavior.

well first of all please don't judge me. im a 14 year old girl and I love Janis Joplin( not in a gay way) but my love for her is for more like best friend or maybe like a soul sister( I think more like best friend) I love her personality and I can relate to her in so many ways its sooo weired. I was watching her biography on the biography channel and when people were talking about her I could totally understand her and relate to her, I have the same attitude as her (in a way). I do kinda feel like she could be my soul sister it kinda creeps me out lol. and in a part of the biography someone who knew her talked about how her mother thoughT she was a complete idiot at her high school Reunion in this video a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mOP8ucVA…" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mOP8ucVA…/a which I think she was hiding something in this video she looked like she was on the verge of tears I think she was bullied people would spit on her and call her names.( which i rad in a book which her sister wrote) and could have possibly been bullied worse than that.and the NEXT PART IS WHEN I CRIED the person who knew her said that Janis told her about her mother confronting her after the Reunion and told Janis that she wished Janis was never born. and at that moment I about balled my eyes out. my mother said pretty cruel stuff to me too like I hate you, and I would tell her back when I was depressed Im gonna kill myself and she would always tell me go ahead. and would always threaten to leave me when i was little. or her most famous remark was i"m going downtown and taking you to social services and im going to give you away"( and did i mention my dad walked out when i was a baby) so why do i love janis soo much and why do i really feel for her?

Help with basketball recruiting?

I am 15 years old and am 6"0 and weigh 155 pounds. I play basketball and am a sophomore and play JV basketball. I was on the verge of playing varsity for summer but just missed. We just got done with a tournament where I averaged about 11 points and 5 assists (I play point guard). And I am trying to get noticed by a D1 college. I was just wondering, will a college notice a JV player? Also what is the best way to get noticed? I just signed up for berecruited.com, is that a good tool.
